Reciprocal Clubs

The Capitol Hill Club is pleased to offer members reciprocal privileges at more than 200 of the finest clubs across the United States and the globe.

To make arrangements, members should first contact the reciprocal club they would like to visit to discuss reservation procedures and special needs. Reservations for overnight accommodations must be made in advance.

Members must next obtain a Letter of Introduction from the Club. In order to do so, please email with your member name and number, the name of the club and the dates of your travel. The letter of introduction is honored during the dates listed and it is important to remember that clubs will have different reciprocal privileges according to the provisions of our agreements.

It is the policy of most, but not all, reciprocal clubs to obtain payment for visits to their clubs at the time of departure by use of credit card or traveler’s checks. When making a reservation, the member should verify with the reciprocal club the acceptable method of payment.
