Dress

Members and guests are courteously requested to observe the following regulations regarding dress at the Club House. Gentlemen will please wear coats and ties in the Main Dining Room. Coats with sport shirts will be acceptable throughout the other areas of the Club House. Current trends dictate the acceptability of ladies’ high-fashion attire

Directions And Parking Information

Valet Parking is available at the Club for members and guests. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
During Constituent / District  Work Weeks, Valet is available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
Payment can be made curbside by Credit Card only.  

For all guests, limited metered and zoned parking is available on nearby streets.
If taking public transportation, the Club is located across the street from the Capitol South Metro Station servicing the Blue, Orange, and Silver lines.

By Metro
  1. Take the Orange, Blue, or Silver Line to Capitol South Metro Station 
  2. Exit the station on the escalator and we are directly across the street with the green awning reading The Capitol Hill Club
From I-95 South
  1. Take I-395 North across the 14th Street Bridge 
  2. Follow I-395 North, stay in the 3 right lanes to the SE/SW Freeway 
  3. Exit the Freeway at the “C” Street SW exit (the “House” is marked at the top of the exit) 
  4. Stay in the left lane as you go down the hill. 
  5. At the stoplight, turn right on Washington Street, stay in left lane 
  6. Turn left on D Street, SE 
  7. Turn left on First Street, SE, the Club is up one block on the right.
From I-66 East
  1. Exit Route110/US-1 (last exit before the bridge) 
  2. Take the Parkway East following signs to I-395 North 
  3. Follow I-395 North directions above.
From I-95 North
  1. Take I-495 East to I-295 South (Baltimore Washington Parkway) 
  2. Exit onto New York Avenue 
  3. Turn left on North Capitol Street NE toward Union Station 
  4. Turn left on Massachusetts Avenue NW 
  5. Turn right on Second Street, NE and follow to C Street., SE 
  6. Turn right on C St., SE, go down one block 
  7. Turn left on First Street, SE, Club is on the left corner.
From Rt. 50 (MD)
  1. Follow signs for New York Avenue 
  2. Turn left on North Capitol Street 
  3. Follow Massachusetts Avenue, NW directions above.
